So I have not had a chance to go through the old inventory to see what seeds are left from the 2023 season, but rest assured if you have waited til now to order seeds, we still have lots of beans, beets, carrots, lettuce, squash and tomatoes.
As always our seeds are kept in cold storage so viability is maintained. If you are looking to stock up for the coming years, no worries! All seeds for long term storage should be put in a double zip locked or vacuumed sealed bag and put in the freezer. Wrapping the packets in foil or somehow blocking their light exposure is another added measure prior to sealing. Long term hibernation is what is happening.
When you want to take out some seeds, just thaw before opening the package and then resell and return to the freezer.
